Joshua H. Burday Joins Goodman Law Group | Chicago as a Senior Litigator

CHICAGO, March 17, 2025—Goodman Law Group | Chicago (GLG) is pleased to announce that Joshua H. Burday has joined the firm as a senior litigator. Burday has litigated hundreds of federal and state cases in Illinois and throughout the United States and has handled a wide range of matters, including breach of contract claims, products liability, rideshare litigation, hospital property tax exemptions, commercial lease disputes, Freedom of Information Act claims, and Section 1983 litigation.

Before joining GLG, Burday practiced at Loevy & Loevy and Neal Gerber & Eisenberg in Chicago. While in law school, he served as a law clerk at the US Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation – Appellate Section, the University of Chicago’s Civil Rights and Police Accountability Clinic, and the Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission.

Burday received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Massachusetts.
