Director of Litigation Support Gordon Ferguson leverages his considerable experience across a range of practice areas and types of litigation to support the GLG team in providing unparalleled service to clients.

Across his twenty-year career, Gordon has played a significant role on teams managing legal matters from patent and product liability disputes to commercial litigation. Now focused on business insurance litigation and other business disputes, Gordon’s work includes navigating relationships with the courts and opposing counsel, preparing filings, conducting document review for discovery responses, and ensuring that the GLG team is always prepared to aggressively advocate on behalf of clients.

Gordon is committed to selecting and properly implementing best-in-class legal technology to improve efficiency and maximize cost-effectiveness for clients. These tools enable GLG’s team to quickly assess, review, and search documents; identify legal issues and hone strategy; avoid discovery disputes when possible; and protect clients’ confidential information.
